TCV 5 Roaster

Compact hot-air roaster for cocoa. Allows fine control of roast temperature and time.
Capacity: 5 kg per batch.
Heat Source: Electric or gas
DEP 20 Winnower

Cracks roasted beans and separates nibs from shells using airflow. Ideal for clean nib recovery.
Capacity: 20 kg/hour.
Includes: Integrated vacuum system
MC40 Grinder

Stone grinder that transforms nibs into liquid cocoa mass with excellent particle pre-refinement.
Capacity: 40–70 kg/hour.
Construction: AISI 304 stainless steel, corundum stones
ROLL15 Refiner

Reduces particle size. Includes agitator and recirculating pump for continuous refinement.
